The organization was officially incorporated on January 25, 1984 in the State of Georgia. The agency continued its growth and in 1987 and 1989, hbia purchased several small agencies in the surrounding area. The organization blended these operations into the mix of an already profitable book of business. In 1991, growth brought the need for larger offices and a move was made to a larger facility.
As the 1990's progressed, an additional two small agencies were purchased and absorbed. The agency continued to add quality personnel as well as contracting with several new carriers.
In June 2005, the organization merged with the operation of Pethel Insurance Services, Inc. of Jefferson, GA. Travelers Insurance, Aetna Insurance, United Healthcare, and Encompass Insurance were added to the mix of quality carriers represented by the company. The company continues its journey into the future. We are expanding and adding Risk Management Services, Financial Products, Loss Consulting, and various other financial services to our portfolio of products.
